Could I have leukemia?

Well, I was at a dance recital last night, and my friend asked me why I had bruises all over my arms or legs, and I told her it was because I had been bruising easily for the past months. She said "Well... maybe you have leukemia!!' I know she was kidding, but it worried me, like things like that do, and so I went home last night and searched symptoms for leukemia and on many websites I found very similiar things. And I matched up to every symptom. I would've asked my mom, but my mom would probably just say, "Oh you don't have that." and go right back to work without even letting me talk like she always does and my dad is away on a business trip. I'm 13. Help?
