Leukemia or am I imagining it?

I have been getting pains in my legs and arms that come for a few seconds and goes, it dosent hurt much. But then I got a nosebleed and I looked up things on google and of course became concerned. (i should note that for the past 2-3 years I get some nosebleeds from the same nostril every time... So its probably a blood vessel) I don't have any other symptoms.. Am I just being a worry wart? What concerns me the most is the minor pains I feel in random spots? Maybe its because I'm paying extra attention?
