Why won't YouTube come film me?

So, I just got my own YouTube account and I really enjoy watching other peoples films. BUT, I want to know how to get YouTube to film me! I've tried to call YouTube about a dozen times bit they still wont come to my house and film mei How does everyone else get them to come? Do I need to pay something?
