What is the whole process of BMG modeling and do they accept teenagers alot?

Hi my name is Anita I have recently decided to pursue my dream of modeling and as I was looking into great agencies I came across BMG. I would like to know if anyone can give answers as to if they call you back what goes forth from there, do the they make exceptions for runway models who are 5"5 and not 5"8 -5"11, and lastly do they accept alot of teenagers? By the way I am thirteen I'm new to this whole buisness thing but, my mother is friends with a model and ex-models who agreed to help me. Also Where could I find a modeling agent? (Could my mom be my agent)? (I'm asking that if anyone doesn't have anything nice to say don't waste your time). If you have any other information about BMG that you think would be helpful for me do tell. Thanks for everyone who answered/hopefully will answer :) Oh! I forgot! This may seem dumb but do they get paid? Haha
