Do you think that it is ok to share friends secrets with your husband or boyfriend?

I have a fiance and sometimes I discuss the personal problems of my friends with him. He is not here in the same city and does not see them. He discusses his friends with me but not as much as I do with him. I'm not a child so none of my friends ever say "hey, don't tell this or that" but if would kind of be understood that I won't say anything. My whole life I have always made an exception in the boyfriend department. I see my fiance as like an extension of me. It just recently occurred to me that maybe this is wrong. What do you guys think?
