Best car speaker set up for renault clio?

Hello, I am looking to buy a renault clio and i enjoy listening to D&B and have little knowledge on car speaker systems/setup. I am not 100% on what to buy, or how many speaker ports there are in a Renault Clio car because I was thinking of getting two 10" component speakers in the back and two subs in the speaker slots on the side of the doors? Ahh please can someone guide mei nthe right direction as to what i need!
